To look at this photo you’d never guess how many years of real estate experience are behind me.

 Irene Jones, a former client, became my assistant in the early 2000’s. After our first transaction together closed she said, “I had no idea this was so hard. When you were our agent it seemed easy.”

 When you are making one of the most expensive transactions of your lifetime, shouldn’t it be fun, exciting and enjoyable? It should seem easy! My career and two successful real estate businesses have been built around that vision. “Luxury is the Service” and “Real Estate SMART”.

Diving is my sport. It is what brought us to Kona.  I find Kona homes for many divers and often dive with clients and former clients. We do not talk real estate on the dive boat.
